LOAD FLASH
This command will load a Flash movie and displays it in the DarkBasic Pro window. If no coordinates are given, it will be displayed at the top left corner of the window. The initial size of the movie is parsed from the file, but can be changed at any time.

ARGUMENTS:
* Flash Movie = The filename of the flash movie
* Flash Number = a free Flash number (between 1 and 256)
optional:
* XPosition = The X position of the movie
* YPosition = The Y position of the movie
